整条生产线控制系统为双变频PLC控制，性能可靠，稳定，结构简单，傻瓜式操作，能耗低，生产效率高等特点。
主要功能：多种规格尺寸同时输入，自动分条(彩钢带宽度分条）选装，自动换卷，故障报警等功能。
该设备适用于小型车库门生产，操作简易（1人便可轻松实现车库门彩钢带自动下料、覆膜、分条、滚花等功能），设备价格低，生产量高，换卷时不浪费原材料等特点！
